about the workshop
This workshop is ideal for beginners and all mosaic creators wanting to explore marble as a new mosaic medium. The day filled with exercises designed to explore the skills and techniques needed to commence creating a marble mosaic. Discuss design methods, learn essential cutting and placement techniques, non-grouting placement, adhesives and sealants for marble. We look identifying different types of marble, gaining insight into their different qualities and cutting composition. This is a full immersion day.
